1. About This Fee Schedule
This Fee Schedule ("Schedule") is part of the Terms of Service between you and Allospend Technologies LLC ("Allospend," "we," "us") and describes the fees and charges that apply to your use of the Allospend consumer service, the Allospend iOS mobile application, Dummii NFC stickers, and related offerings (the "Service"). All fees are stated in U.S. dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any taxes unless stated otherwise.
We may revise this Schedule at any time on at least thirty (30) days' prior notice to you by email and/or in-app notification, as described in Section 9. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the change constitutes acceptance.

The organizer always nets the bill by default — the small markup is added to what each payer pays, so the organizer never has to cover anything themselves. The markup covers the card-processing fee plus the Allospend service fee. If you choose instant deposits, the 1% instant fee is also included in the markup so the organizer still nets the full bill. The organizer and each payer see the exact breakdown at quote time. Premium subscribers will receive a 0% service fee on group collections. See §10 for tax treatment. |

Because Premium is billed by Stripe and not by Apple In-App Purchase, Apple has no billing or refund obligation for Premium. Refund requests must be directed to support@allospend.app. See our Auto-Renewal Disclosure for additional pre-purchase disclosures required by California Business and Professions Code § 17600 et seq. and the Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act (15 U.S.C. § 8401 et seq.).

Hardware sales are governed by our Shipping and Returns policy. All sticker sales are final once the Sticker has been activated, except as required by Missouri law. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

9. Fee Changes
We may change the fees in this Schedule on thirty (30) days' prior written notice to you, except that:
- Changes that are reductions or that are required by law or by a third-party processor may take effect immediately.
- The Premium subscription price will not change during the then-current billing period; renewal at a new price will be communicated at least thirty (30) days before the renewal date.
If you do not agree to a fee change, you may close your account before the change takes effect without penalty (other than payment of fees already incurred).
10. Taxes
You are responsible for any federal, state, local, sales, value-added, goods-and-services, or other taxes applicable to your use of the Service, except for taxes on Allospend's net income.
Tax treatment of the NFC group collection service fee (graduated 2.5%–5%, 2026-08-20 update): The service fee is a B2B platform fee charged to the organizer. The fee scales from 2.5% on groups ≤ $100 up to 5% on groups ≥ $500, linearly interpolated in between (see server/config/stripeFeeConfig.js and the worked examples in §17). In US states that tax enumerated digital services, the fee may be subject to sales tax (configured via Stripe Tax on each PaymentIntent). In the majority of US states that do not tax general services, the fee is not subject to sales tax. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the organizer's billing address and remitted by Allospend via Stripe Tax. Allospend does not provide tax advice; consult a tax professional regarding your specific obligations. 11. Fee Disclosures Under Reg. E and Other Law
We provide the disclosures required by the Electronic Fund Transfer Act (15 U.S.C. § 1693 et seq.) and Regulation E (12 CFR Part 1005) at the time of account opening, before the first EFT, and on each periodic statement. We provide auto-renewal disclosures before each Premium renewal in accordance with California Business and Professions Code § 17602 and applicable state Auto-Renewal laws.
11.1. Reg. E Error-Resolution Disclosure
If you believe an error has been made on your Allospend wallet or in connection with an electronic fund transfer, contact us within 60 days of the suspected error at support@allospend.app or by calling the number in the App. We will investigate and report the results within 10 business days (20 business days for new accounts and for foreign-initiated transactions) as required by 12 CFR § 1005.11(c).
11.2. Initial Disclosures
Initial disclosures are delivered electronically in accordance with our E-Sign Consent and include, where applicable: a summary of liability for unauthorized transfers ($50 cap under 12 CFR § 1005.6), telephone numbers for reporting loss or theft, business-day definitions, and the type and frequency of account statements.
11.3. Periodic Statements
We provide at least monthly electronic statements if any EFT has occurred in the preceding month, as required by 12 CFR § 1005.9(b). Statements are available in the App and, on request, in paper form for the fee in Section 8.
11.4. State Auto-Renewal Disclosure Summary
Before each Premium renewal, we deliver an auto-renewal disclosure describing the recurring charge, the amount, the billing interval, the cancellation mechanism, and a working link to manage or cancel, as required by:
- California Business and Professions Code § 17600 et seq. (CCPA / ROSCA).
- New York General Business Law § 527-a.
- Illinois Public Act 102-0985 (Auto-Renewal).
- Colorado HB 23-1074 and other applicable state auto-renewal statutes.
12. International and Foreign-Transaction Fees
If you fund your wallet in a currency other than U.S. dollars, or transact with merchants settled in a non-USD currency, we (or our processor) may apply a currency-conversion fee of up to 1.5% above the mid-market rate. We do not assess a separate cross-border transaction fee, but underlying card-network and processor fees may apply and are passed through.
13. Promotional Pricing and Bonuses
We may, from time to time, run promotional pricing, referral bonuses, or sign-up credits. Promotional pricing will be communicated at the time it is offered and will include the post-promotional price, the duration of the promotion, and the cancellation mechanics. Bonuses are conditional on continued account good standing and may be reversed if the underlying conditions are not met (e.g., a referral bonus reversed if the referee is closed for AUP violation within 90 days).
14. Refund Policy
- Premium subscription. Refundable on a pro-rata basis within 7 days of a charge, at our discretion. After 7 days, no refund is given for the current billing period; cancellation prevents future renewals.
- Hardware. Sticker sales are final once the Sticker has been activated. Pre-activation returns are governed by our Shipping and Returns policy.
- Group collection fees. When a group collection is fully refunded, the Allospend service fee and the card-processing fee on the original charge are not refundable to Allospend (Stripe does not refund the processing fee). Allospend absorbs the loss; the organizer is not charged twice. Partial refunds pro-rate the service fee proportionally to the refunded amount.
- Disputed charges. Contact us first. We will respond within 10 business days under Reg. E.
15. Severability
If any provision of this Schedule is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
16. Survival
The provisions of this Schedule that by their nature should survive — including the change-notice obligations, refund mechanics, and the tax and international-fee provisions — survive any termination of your account.
17. Worked Examples
The following worked examples illustrate how fees are calculated. They are provided for informational purposes only and are the same numbers the iOS preview and the website Pricing page show. Figures reflect the graduated schedule effective August 17, 2026, with card processing and instant-deposit fees passed through from our payment processor.
17.1 Group Covers Fees (the default — even split)
- Example A — Standard $50 group split, no fee. $0 fee. Total: $50.00 sent, $0.00 deducted. Applies to peer-to-peer splits that don't go through card processing.
- Example A2 — $200 / 7 even split, with Instant deposits (graduated 3.13%).

17.2 Group Covers Fees (per-order allocation — coming soon)
A future update will let organizers enter a custom share per payer instead of splitting evenly. Even-split is the only allocation form available today. We will update this Fee Schedule before the custom-share form ships.

17.3 I Cover Fees (organizer absorbs the fees)
The "I cover fees" option isn't available yet. When it ships, the organizer would pay the markup themselves and each payer would only see their share of the bill — no service fee added. We'll update this page when that option is ready.
17.4 Withdrawals
- Example B — Standard withdrawal of $200 to a verified bank account. $0 fee. Arrives in 2–3 business days.
- Example C — Instant withdrawal of $200. 1% × $200 = $2.00 fee. You receive $198.00 in minutes.
- Example D — Instant withdrawal of $10. 1% × $10 = $0.10, raised to the $0.25 minimum. You receive $9.75 in minutes.
- Example E — Instant withdrawal of $5,000. 1% × $5,000 = $50.00, capped at the $15.00 maximum. You receive $4,985.00 in minutes.
17.5 Other
- Example F — Credit-card funding of $100. 3.0% × $100 = $3.00 processor pass-through fee. Wallet balance credited: $100.00 (the fee is charged to the funding card, not deducted from the wallet credit).
- Example G — Premium monthly renewal (coming soon). $5.99 charged to your Stripe payment method on the same day each month. Cancel any time from account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current period.
- Example H — Custom Dummii Sticker order. Quoted at order. Standard ground shipping $0.00 – $4.99; expedited $15.00; overnight $29.00.
- Example I — Refund of a $20 group collection. Organizer keeps $20 (exact bill); Allospend absorbs the unrecoverable Stripe processing fee on the refund (typically $0.58 on a $20 charge). The organizer is not charged the unrecoverable fee a second time — the loss is logged structurally for finance.
18. Fee-Schedule Disputes and Errors
If you believe we have charged you a fee in error, contact us within 60 days of the statement date at support@allospend.app. We will investigate and respond within 10 business days as required by 12 CFR § 1005.11(c). If we determine a fee was charged in error, we will credit the amount to your wallet or to your original payment method, at your election, within 1 business day of our determination.
